    We are currently recruiting for an End-User Sales Representative in the Los Angeles, CA area.


    As an End-User Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Establish and drive sales opportunities and revenue growth for Klein Tools with decision makers at electrical and construction contractors, industrial, MRO, and institutional facilities, and vocational schools
    • Meet or exceed specified sales objectives/quotas
    • Create and develop structured territory coverage plans/call cycle to optimize time management and company resources
    • Maintain a database of key contacts/activities for managing and developing customer relationships
    • Schedule and conduct new product training sessions in an end-user group setting to create greater awareness and develop new business
    • Engage with Klein Tools’ distributor personnel for the purpose of building relationships and identifying and executing upon new end user business opportunities
    • Monitor and report on major competitors’ field sales activities
    • Maintain company vehicle and other company property in neat and orderly condition


    Qualified candidates will be local to the Los Angeles, CA area, and will have:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 
    • 1-2 years previous Sales experience preferred.
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with common hand tools strongly preferred (specific electrical experience not required).
    • Must be bondable.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.
    • Travel required, estimated overnight travel is up to 35% and frequent local travel.
