We are currently looking for a Multimedia Specialist to be located in our Lincolnshire, IL Facility.
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering a range of cross‐platform Print, Digital and Video projects for a variety of products and activities, including Websites, Social Media, Advertising, Emails, Catalogs, and Point‐of‐Sale materials. Must have basic graphic design skills, and still and video camera operation and audiovisual editing skills.
Must be able to work efficiently and be able to actively contribute to projects with up‐to‐date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for assembling and editing recorded raw material ﴾including camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects﴿ into a finished product that aligns with company brand and style.
2. Create and develop a variety of work including Literature, Packaging, Point of Purchase, Presentations, Ads, Web Design, Email blasts, Trade Show graphics and any additional marketing material as required.
3. Interface regularly with Sales, Product Design, and Marketing managers to update and monitor creative projects and ensure the successful completion of tasks and activities on time and within budget.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess Bachelor's Degree (required) in Graphic Design, Video Production, related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in programs including: Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
Design‐centered portfolio showcasing a variety work in print, digital, and video. Basic understanding of print production is required.
Ability to effectively self‐manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, work well under pressure, and ensure adequate utilization of time when booked in projects. Ability to take direction and feedback on projects.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to express yourself clearly and explain your role and ideas to your team members as well as cross‐functional stakeholders. Creative thinker with passion for learning.
