2nd shift; Monday-Thursday; 3:30pm-2am
As a Manufacturing Team Member Level 2, you will be responsible for setting-up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting various types of mechanical and/or semi-automated machines depending on assigned area. Set-ups and adjustments are basic and involve installing a fixture or piece of tooling and making minor adjustments as needed to meet specifications. Troubleshooting involves communicating quality defects to the technical staff. Intermediate level position requiring basic training.
High School diploma or GED preferred. One(1) or more years related work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, reading/writing skills (comprehend written English sentences and paragraphs in work related documents), Quality Control skills (ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, or indicators, perform visual inspection, and read part drawings for basic quality checks), active learning skills (Ability to learn, problem-solve, and make decisions per work instructions and documents), and effective communication skills (able to communicate and work as a team member).
