    We are currently looking for an Agile PLM Specialist to be located in our Lincolnshire, IL Facility.



    The Product Lifecycle Management PLM﴿ Specialist is responsible for keeping the Agile PLM and ERP systems accurate and up to date on all products, suppliers, and procedures.


    Specific Responsibilities will include:


    1.Process documents using Agile PLM Product Life Management﴿ and ERP Enterprise Resource Planning﴿ systems.  Complete New Product Releases, Engineering Change Orders, and other changes as directed.

    2.Train new and existing users on how to use Agile PLM and ERP system.

    3.Review product related information documents and files submitted for completeness and accuracy based on established standards. Work with users to correct issues before routing for approval.

    4.Follow up with approvers to obtain approvals.

    5.Run daily, weekly, and monthly metric reports.

    6.Responds to customer requests for regulatory document requests.

    7.Archive obsolete documents such as procedures, work instructions, Quality System Manual QSM﴿ forms and other documentation.

    8.Perform PLM and/or ERP system maintenance, as required.

    9.Notify affected individuals when revision control change order documents are available.

    10.Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualified applicants will possess a High School Diploma and two years of professional experience working with a PLM system for Bills of Material, CAD files, and engineering change processes.  Agile PLM preferred.


    Experienced with Bills of Material structures, Routings, CAD Files, Work Instructions, Procedures and ERP systems.


    Applicants should be PC Windows﴿ literate and be competent in the use of Excel, Word, Access and Adobe Professional.


    Must be well organized and detail oriented. Must be able to enter and maintain accurate data.


    Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all areas of the organization.
