We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the President to be located in our Lincolnshire, IL Facility.
The Executive Assistant position provides comprehensive organizational, administrative and program support service to the President by proactively managing the office of the President. This position will attend, act as secretary, and manage follow‐ups to tactical planning meetings and monthly review meetings with the President.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience. In addition, a minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant experience working for a high‐ranking executive is required.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate and keep projects on track.
Must have a good working knowledge of business operations and corporate structure.
Must have experience and excellent working knowledge of personal computers and various software, including Microsoft Office suite ﴾Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook﴿.
Must have a professional manner, good communication skills, tactfulness and ability to deal with all levels of people, both inside and outside the firm.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Excellent writing and editing skills. Ability to shift priorities and work in a fast‐paced environment.
